The Integrated Design System can help anyone define the design and functional boundaries of their building project. This can help people that have a very good idea of the style and layout of their home, to those who don’t know where to start.
This system methodically goes through every aspect of your current and proposed home, using questions and inspirational imagery to assist you in the decision making process. I.D.S is unique and exclusive to The Thorne Group. As far as we are aware, no other building, construction, design or project management firms have access to this service or can provide this service as comprehensively.
I.D.S is an online service, which clients can access from the comfort of their own homes. We believe using I.D.S from a home environment allows clients to use it at their own leisure and provides the correct environment to assess what they want in a new home and what they might keep about their current one.
I.D.S is a comprehensive assessment of your needs, which is then analyzed and then developed into a comprehensive brief to an architect, & specialist designers, with a view to creating a bespoke home tailored to your desires. All without being prohibitive to the creative flair that you seek from an architect.
From the outset we developed this process to deliver more timely/bespoke building plans. Our process involves many specialists early in the process with the aim of saving thousands of dollars in construction budget by avoiding unnecessary changes to design upfront and ensuring that expectations are going to be met from the outset of the build.
