The Thorne Group is committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our clients, at all stages of the construction process, all of the time. The key objective of our quality systems management is driven by our determination to demonstrate integrity, transparency and trust to our clients. This ensures we maintain a high standard of construction while keeping to the client’s budget and completion time. Further, it ensures works comply with contractual and regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental requirements. Quality assurance is the concern of staff at all levels. All personal have been made aware of the management commitment to this policy, and quality in general. All staff are encouraged to demonstrate their own support to the system by continuous active participation. Our current quality system is based on control documents and methods which plan and control construction activities principally:-
