We provide a detailed project timeline for each job. You will receive a copy of this at the beginning of the project and we will go through this with you at regular intervals during the construction process. We are committed to adhering to the scheduled move in date, whilst ensuring we don’t compromise quality of construction along the way.

From the outset of developing your plans through to project management, we have access to, and the capability to utilise the latest technologies. This includes regular detailed updates of the construction programme, client login on our website and 3D imaging (if provided by the architect).

This is invaluable for planning stages and throughout the construction process itself. It is much easier to make decisions when you can ‘walk-through’ your home via 3D imaging.

We are design and build specialists. We have developed a proprietary building design system we are offering to potential clients who are in the preliminary stages of designing a house.

The integrated Design System (I.D.S) was developed by The Thorne Group and is an online system that covers lifestyle and practical ways you live within your home. The system enables us to collate an extremely specific brief for the architect that captures every element of your proposed home.

This system allows the clients desires and needs to be thoroughly integrated into the design of a house, long before a pen is put to paper, and finances committed to a project. It is provide a tool for our clients to make the most complicated decisions in a simple and easy to follow format.

I.D.S is a product of our expertise in interior design, project management and building both cost efficient and luxurious homes.

So what is thorough quality control?

Our ‘triple check’ quality control processes provides peace of mind that work is been checked and re-checked to ensure excellent finishing is achieved.

We have our own ‘in-house’ building team, each of whom has been carefully selected over the years. All our sub-contractors have a proven track record and are expertise in their respective areas, ensuring quality control and excellent finishing for long lasting results.

As part of your contract price we also include inspections well after the construction process has been completed.
