Do you have a home to sell ?

Many people who have fallen in love with our showhome are concerned about selling their current property in this market.  Whilst we do not have a crystal ball we can point out that that you would be buying and selling in the same market.  It is also to your advantage that in a buoyant market prices of materials and sub-contracts tend to increase (a case of supply and demand really) and we would be unable to maintain the offer of such exceptionally priced homes in this event.

An option that is available to you (and taken up by some of our clients), is to put a contract on an Urban Ridge property conditional on the sale of your home.  This would protect you but mean we would reserve your chosen section for you.  There are other options you can talk through with us.  Come and see us to discuss them !  

Would you build this home on our site ?

Yes, we are a building company and providing the site is within the Tauranga / Mount Maunganui / Papamoa regions we will build this home on your site.    There is no 'standard plan' as each home is designed for the section but we can give you an estimate based on a one of our existing plans that appeal to you.
