For those beginning the journey, we offer a  customised  design service called ‘my home planner’ which helps to define the brief for your Architect or Architectural Designer.

Each custom project is personally overseen by our Director of Construction; Gavin Morrow and you can take comfort in the fact that your point of contact from inception to completion and beyond is a director and owner of the business.  

Our team of craftsmen use their time and skills to focus on every aspect of the most complex projects to ensure they run smoothly. Our process ensures you have a full construction programme prior to commencing onsite, you are kept up to date with regular onsite meetings that are fully minuted along with construction reports for your records. We also provide full transparency with your project cost. These processes provide “no surprises” during your project and ensure we deliver your project on time and within budget.

We will take you through a 4 step process to establish your needs and ensuring you have the confidence to build your dream home or project.

1.Evaluating a section/site

If you haven't got a site we can help you find a suitable site, with our vast experience in land development and knowledge of the Bay of Plenty geo-technical landscape we can provide a comprehensive overview of what to look out for. We can also evaluate a specific site for you, including reviewing the LIM report to ensure that there will be no additional hidden costs and working through some of you ideas for the site.

2.Develop your design brief with FREE access to ‘my home planner’.

We believe that ‘Good design is not about spending money, it is about spending time’. As a result of this philosophy, we have developed an easy to use online system that will help you formulate a clear idea and brief of what you desire, require and can expect of your new home. We take you through every room in your new home and establish what your requirements and how you live your life within your home
- what you need to put in your home including furniture and storage. After all that is the whole point of building your own home isn’t it – to create a home that is going to suit your life and lifestyle? Your home should reflect the way you want to live .

3.Free floor plan and ‘virtual walk-through in 3D’ of the design.

We give you the option of working either with an award winning architectural designer or choosing your own. If you choose we can provide a design floor plan and ‘virtual walk-through in 3D’ of the design. This utilizes the very latest technology enabling you to walkthrough your home and consider aspects of the design you may not have been able to envisage.

4. Pricing your plans, down to the last cent.

Including a comprehensive construction timeline we will price your plans and include the details in a comprehensive document that will include a detailed breakdown of all costs.
