The inspiration behind this showhome...

In the showhome we have looked backward to take this project forward. To look over the years at what lessons have been learned within building and within design.
This project has been a labour of love by a large team of people.

We wanted to produce a home that demonstrates a unique sense of timeless style whilst still creating an individual’s unique stamp on the property.
Our challenge has been to create all of this whilst still creating an affordable home. People are no longer prepared for their mortgage to keep them awake each night.
 

That is why for each plan we have created very affordable options and solutions, so you can create a unique home without having that sinking feeling at 3am.

Designed around a generation who are naturally more design conscious and brand savvy, we reintroduce pieces that this generation has not been exposed to in the same way our parents were. We have then mixed these pieces with affordable modern pieces, to demonstrate that you don’t have to have a new houselot of furniture or accessories to go in your new home. Our design team spent many happy hours hunting and trawling both online and thorughout the local op shops in order to achieve the design edge that is captured throughout the home.
