Nancy and Jason purchased a house and land package with us (Thorne Group) at
Manawa, Papamoa. This is their first home, and they chatted to us about
their experience.
"When we started looking for our first home together, we never considered building, because we thought it would be too hard and too difficult, but we are so happy we did!" (Jason)
"Our site manager Scott was amazing. He walked us through the whole entire process and during our site vists he was really good at showing us where everything would be and what would work best." (Nancy)
"Something awesome that Thorne Group do is use a website called BuilderTrend, which allowed us to stay up to date during the entire build with everything that was going on with the build from the day the frames went up and everything thereafter. Thorne Group kept us updated with photos and information and even though l was often away for work, l always felt part of the process." (Jason)
"My favourite part of the build was the design process. I really enjoy sitting down with people who specialise in each area of the build and discussing exactly what we wanted in our home." (Nancy)

Nancy loves the walk in wardrobe, and l love the light that just filters through this house all day. And honestly the whole process was just so easy. We are so stoked to have a place of our own we can invite our family and friends over, and just enjoy life together". (Jason)
