We’are a bit of an anominaly in the market.

We specialise in both space-optimising homes on compact sites and high-end architectural homes across coastal and rural Bay of Plenty sites.

It comes from experience. Nearly 400 homes delivered at Urban Ridge for people who wanted to downsize, not downspec. And over 20 years refining how homes are planned and delivered.

That same thinking applies to high-end architectural homes and renovations. Optimising budget. Getting the details right. Making every decision count.
