Here’s what you receive: - No obligation site assessment – Aaron or Gavin will personally visit, review your site and property file and offer advice based on their decades of land development and construction experience. This early due diligence can help identify possible geotechnical or compliance issues and requirements relating to earthworks, slope and hazard management and retaining, as well as opportunities to maximise the site’s potential. - Brief creation and budget setting – We can help you shape and refine your brief and offer practical insight into how different structural choices can affect cost and complexity. We will guide you in setting a realistic budget and timeframes to complete your project. - Architect connection – Choosing the right design partner is critical. We can introduce you to one (or more) of our trusted design partners, or we’re equally happy to work alongside your preferred architect. Note – architectural design fees are quoted separately. - Collaborative teamwork – We want you to benefit from our knowledge and experience. We will work closely alongside the architect, attending design meetings as required providing input on construction methodologies and feasibility, to ensure the most efficient use of materials and labour. - Realistic pricing – We believe in being upfront and realistic about costs and taking a ‘no surprises’ approach. As well as early and ongoing budget guidance, we will provide you with a full build proposal including comprehensive cost breakdown and specifications enabling you to move forward with confidence.
