Friday 21st July marked the 2023 Regional Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition, an event that celebrates excellence in workmanship, creativity, and innovation.
In amongst the challenges of life, the opportunity to gather and connect is something that we really value. It was fantastic to be in the same space as so much passion and skill, a great reminder of the incredible community we're part of.
Our Papamoa Showhome was a particular stand out for the night, recognizing the true labour of love it represented for everyone involved. Special commendation was noted from the judges on the craftsmanship on this home, and for this we would like to personally acknowledge the outstanding skill and effort of Phill and his talented team, who l think were well and truly over cedar battens by the end of this build! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Awards received: 👉Gold GIB Showhome award 👉Category Winner GIB Showhome award 👉Lifestyle Award for Bathroom Excellence 👉Lifestyle Award for Environmental and Sustainability Excellence
This home is now our most awarded home ever, as in addition to the Master Build Awards, the Showhome also won the following honours at the Architectural Designers NZ Regional and National Awards earlier in the year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

A special mention goes to the exceptionally talented Annique from https://gezelliginteriors.com/. It really does highlight what can be achieved when everyone works together from the concept inception, pushing boundaries and working cohesively to achieve in some instances, details that our suppliers had not even heard of!
