We have built for numerous clients who either travel extensively or are based remotely for the entire duration of their build project. Our world class systems and processes help keep everything on track regardless of where you are.
From creating the brief through to move in day, you can be involved from anywhere in the world: track your project online with a live schedule, access documents, keep up to date on progress and view photos and footage as your new home takes shape. Your Project Manager stays in regular contact using messaging, video calls and email, and samples of colours, flooring, benchtops and tiles can be dispatched to you so you can have confidence in every selection, even from afar.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff, sub-contractors, clients and wider community is of the highest importance to how we operate. We genuinely care about every person who steps onto our sites, and we’re committed to doing our best to ensure everyone gets home safely to their whānau.
This culture of ‘safety consciousness’ is a priority and responsibility at all levels – from our Board of Directors to tradespeople working on site. We make no apologies for expecting high standards of safety practice and compliance on our worksites and expect and encourage an attitude of ‘See Something, Say Something’. All contractors working on our sites are required to be pre-qualified, demonstrating that they have effective systems in place to manage health and safety.
Safety technologies such as HazardCo and Site Safe help us track on-site activity and monitor and manage risks and hazards.
Our SiteWise Gold Accreditation status recognises our Health and Safety Policy and the exceptional quality health and safety systems we have in place. We engage an independent Health and Safety Advisor to oversee our operating practice and drive continuous learning and improvement.

As a family business we enthusiastically support community initiatives that align with our values and are relevant to our coastal location. Each year our team participates in a range of events and activities to promote health and wellbeing in our local community. Over the years we have contributed to Live for More (surf programme), Breast Cancer Support Services and Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, Women’s Refuge, Variety Club, KidsCan,Hato Hone - St John, Surf Lifesaving NZ – and more.
As a building company, we are very conscious of our environmental footprint and our involvement in environmental projects in the Tauranga region aims to benefit future generations. By planting native shrubs and trees for perpetuity at Summerhill Farm and Recreational Park (as well as other projects), we can help mitigate the carbon footprint that is generated during construction.
As well as applying building methodologies that are sustainable and environmentally friendly, we work alongside architectural designers to create healthy homes using sustainable products and aiming for superior Homestar / Green Star ratings, that reflect our commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
