This week we celebrated 17 years since Thorne Group Homes was established.
Over the years we have experienced so much together. We have shared many laughs but also drawn strength from each other during our lowest lows (we don't share everything on socials). Whilst not everyone is related, everyone feels like family.
Our clients have stuck with us through thick and thin, their unwavering support being a constant source of motivation. We've been fortunate enough to call many of our clients 'friends' and for that, we are truly grateful.
We're equally indebted to our suppliers. They are more than just our business partners. They share our vision and provide the backbone to our relentless pursuit of improvement. We couldn't have made it this far without their support.
Also a shout out to the other building companies out there. This is not an easy industry and the support we have had from others is always appreciated.
As we step into our 18th year, our commitment to growth and improvement remains unwavering. This is not just lip service, we genuinely are always looking to improve on every job (our thanks to Ange from What Lies Beneath for her guidance in this area). On reflection, there are lots of aspects we have refined over the years but one thing that has never changed is our passion and commitment to our clients.
