This can be as simple as incorporating custom cabinetry to display a family heirloom or adding specially coated glass to protect artwork, through to repurposing salvaged building materials to be used in the construction of your new home. Thorne Group uses a world-class project management system that provides each client with their own customised webpage with a secure login. This enables our clients to view the project schedule, keep up to date on progress, track any contract variations, and view photos as their new home takes shape – from wherever they are in the world. While you may only have dealings with a handful of people, behind the scenes we have a team dedicated to keeping your project on track. Director, Peter Buck comes from an international banking background, with a strong focus on governance; Nikki (Finance Manager) is a Chartered Accountant, and Tina (Accounts Administrator) has worked in purchasing for several large accounting firms and between them, they are all exceptionally detail orientated and ensure the financial side of your project runs smoothly.

Moving into your new home is a reason to celebrate but it is not the end. We are proud of the Thorne Group reputation for quality but understand that sometimes issues crop up as you settle in. As a family-owned business, each home we create carries our family name – something we don’t take lightly and which, we feel, is the best guarantee in the market. Not only do we offer the 10-Year Standard Master Build Guarantee, our team of builders and subcontractors stand behind their work. We keep in regular contact once you move in, correcting any defects during the aftercare period (12 months from completion), and then provide ongoing support throughout the 10-year Master Build Guarantee period.
